BID ALERT: Early Release Package 3 (ERP3)

Good afternoon,
Procurement is underway for the Bank of America Stadium Renovation project. The Early Release Package (ERP3) bid packages have been issued, and we invite our trade partners to participate. 

Key Bid Information:

• Project Website: Access bid information at www.clark-daeverett.com
   
• Bid Portal: Click the Bid Portal tab to review the prequalification process, view the list of prequalified prime bidders, key dates, pre-bid info, and details related to the trade packages within ERP3.
   
• Due Date: Bids for ERP3 are due no later than Wednesday, August 26. Please refer to the project website for details related to the trade packages within ERP3.
   
• Future Phases: The Project will require several procurement cycles for the various phases of work. Subsequent phases of procurement will follow in the coming months. Refer to the project website for specific trade package due dates.

Prequalified Prime Bidders:

• A current list of prime bidders is available through our Bid Portal.
   
• Don't see your name on the prime bidder list? Please reach out directly to the prime bidders for an opportunity to participate in their respective trade packages.
